24/7 Open Gym Access
BattleWolf 24/7 Access Rules
I understand and agree that my 24/7 access is a special membership based on trust and is a privilege, which can be taken away immediately, without refund, by the owners or coaches for a violation of rules. As a member, I agree to abide by BattleWolf Crossfit (BWCF) rules listed below, on the gym website, or posted at the facility. These rules may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of BWCF. The additional rules below apply to a BWCF 24/7 membership, and, if broken, will immediately revoke 24/7 access:
ABSOLUTELY NO guests. 24/7 access is for active 24/7 memberships only. The gym is to be used for exercising, mobility, or standard CrossFit style movements and nothing else. The ONLY exception to this rule is allowing members in 15 minutes prior to a scheduled class time.
If you decide to leave doors open during your workout, it is YOUR responsibility to limit access to the facility to ONLY members that have a current and active 24/7 membership. If you open the gym and another person tries to enter, YOU must IMMEDIATELY ensure that person is an active 24/7 member by confirming they sign into the 24/7 class time on the iPad kiosk. This means if a person comes in while you are working out, you must immediately stop and verify their access rights. If you bring or allow a person without 24/7 access entry to the facility, your 24/7 membership will be immediately revoked and you WILL be charged a $250 fee along with immediate and lifelong revocation of 24/7 access. NO EXCEPTIONS!
You must have 6 months of barbell or CrossFit experience. You must have been a BWCF (open gym, 3x/week, or unlimited) member for a minimum of 1 month and have a minimum of 20 check-ins until you are eligible for 24/7 access.
You must pass a physical exercise assessment, which will be recorded for insurance purposes, prior to being granted 24/7 access. Upon completion of this assessment, each member will receive a list of movements or weight limits of each movement via email that they agree to never attempt or perform at BWCF during 24/7 access.
No one under the age of 18 may enter the premises during non-staffed hours.
No pets allowed in the gym during non-staffed hours. You may bring a pet, but they must be tied up outside where they cannot come within the gym walls.
All equipment must be properly sanitized and put away after use. If you spill chalk, water, or make a mess, you must clean it up before leaving, otherwise you will incur a $25 fee to be immediately charged to your card on file.
By signing this document, you agree to have been properly trained on how to use our panic button for emergency contact. This button will place outgoing calls to the owners, and then 911. It is your responsibility to ensure the panic button is fully charged before use of the facility. You must keep this panic button within arms reach during your time at the gym during 24/7 access.
Upon exiting the facility, you must ensure ALL lights, music, and fans are turned off, and ALL exterior doors are properly locked. You will be liable for any missing property if you do not lock all doors!
