At Battle Wolf Community Fitness (BWCF) our success comes from the strength of the entire pack. To go far, we must all work together. BWCF is more than just a gym, we are an exceptional community from all walks of life helping each other strive to become the best version of ourselves. We accomplish this by focusing on three key principles… Grit, Gratitude, and Growth.

Grit

Grit is the key to each person's ability to remain focused, steadfast, optimistic, and self-motivated. Grit does not rely on exceptional talent, but rather the willingness to make sacrifices when needed and to consistently work hard — really hard — in the pursuit of our vision for the future. We believe the highest correlation to achievement and success lies not in talent, skills, or opportunities, but with grit.

Gratitude

Gratitude is a mindset, a choice. It is how we interpret the chaos around us and continually choose positivity and grace for everyone involved. Gratitude is caring about others and committing to creating a better journey for everyone involved… and we are all in this together.

Growth

With time and hard work you can get better at anything. The impact of continual tiny gains over a long period of time is exponential. Getting better is not pretty, you are going to be bad at first, but growth comes from the struggle. Abilities are built, not born, and they are yours if you earn them. Growth requires courage, getting out of your comfort zone, and making mistakes then re-evaluating the process and giving it another go — with the intent to improve. Growth does not happen if you are not honest with yourself… and your weaknesses. Dreams don’t work unless you do. You are a learning machine, believe in yourself.
