Cancellation Policy:

Recurring plans and memberships can be canceled at any time, however all cancellation requests must be submitted via our Cancellation Request Form to the right and received 1 full calendar month prior to any recurring charges scheduled on your account. If your bill is recurring on the 7th, you must submit a cancellation by midnight on the 7th of the prior month to avoid any future scheduled charges. This means any scheduled charges coming up within 1 month of submitting this form will be drawn in full. There will be NO refunds issued once a payment has been charged to your account unless it is on fault of BWCF.

If you would like cancel more than a month from today and prorate any following month, please use this form and state that in the Cancellation Reason box and we will process that for you. If you have multiple recurring bills (family or sub account members, 24/7, etc), please state your choice on cancelling or keeping those active in the Cancellation Reason* section or process a new cancellation submission for that option. Remember, 24/7 is only available to members with more than 1 month and 20 classes at the gym, owners approval, and in conjunction with a recurring membership. Ie the cheapest way to get 24/7 access after pre-requisites are met is open gym rate + 24/7 add on rate per month.

Refunds:

There is no grace period if your cancellation submission is received late, even by the minute, to keep things fair for all members. It is your responsibility to provide written notice a minimum of 1 calendar month in advance of your next billing date. BWCF will provide proof of cancellation submission time stamp upon request. Membership cancellations are only processed by sending written notification via Cancellation Request Form on our website. Please do not send cancellation messages via text, email, Instagram, Facebook messages or other social media sites. Cancellations will only be granted according to our policy once you have filled out the cancellation request form on our website. If you are delinquent in payment for more than 30 days and BWCF has not been able to discuss options with you after 3 attempts through standard communication lines, your debt could be sent to collections.
